Our Mission
The mission of Helping You Pursue Excellence 2.0, Inc. (H20) is to go beyond agency status quo and provide our clients with service that will enhance economic advancement, fuel empowerment, and encourage post education, intentionally arming those disadvantaged, so that they may become a decisive factor for the community at large. We hope to enrich our community by offering high quality, person-centered mental health services and coordination of care.

CARF accreditation means H2O has been independently evaluated by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities — a globally recognized, nonprofit organization that has set the standard for quality in health and human services since 1966. H2O holds a Three-Year Accreditation — the highest level awarded. This isn't given lightly. It means we underwent a rigorous peer review process, met over 1,500 international standards, and demonstrated substantial conformance in every area — from clinical services to safety protocols to ethical leadership.
